Valley Overhead did a great job! They came out the same day to give me a quote to replace my existing garage door as well as convert it to an power system. Tom was very knowledgeable and gave me a couple of options that would work for our garage door situation. When Brice installed the door about 3 weeks later, he did a great job! I am so happy with the Liftmaster 8500 and it is the quietest garage door I have ever heard. Everyone goes crazy over it. Thanks again Valley Overhead for the quick install!

The office staff was courteous and helpful. The serviceman, Tom, did excellent work this morning. He gave me two options. The first one was to find a new replacement extension spring. The second was to replace the extension spring assembly with a new tension spring system. Tom helped me the pros and cons of both options. I ended up choosing the latter and the door work even better. He went out of his way to find the broken extension spring. I highly recommend this company.

After a long week of getting “revised pricing” from contractors, it sure was nice to receive our first “pleasant” surprise.

We had purchased new garage doors from Valley about a year ago. The doors were becoming a little squeaky, so we figured they needed serviced.

Called Valley, they came right out. The technician noted that he felt more lubricant should have been applied at the start.

FIXED the squeak and…… NO CHARGE!

What they didn’t know, is that I’m starting a new project where I will need several new doors. I will not buy them anywhere else. Great service, honest business practice. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience replacing a set of springs on my girlfriends garage door, one of which had snapped. It only cost $65 for the replacement set with a typical overnight weight for the custom replication of the set but one of the techs happened to be in office and made the set right there for me on the spot within 15 minutes. Had the new set home and installed within an hour!

Very happy with the service I received! Tom called me ahead of time and was prompt. He didn’t have any issue working around the mess in my garage or the 100+ degree weather. He knew exactly what needed to be done to fix my rollers, track, and spring. Even though it was 4pm on a Friday he still took the time to get the job done right.

Where do I even start? Theses guys are GREAT!!! Our overhead shop door broke, on a typical Oregon rainy day. The first place I called wouldnt even give me the time of day because they were so busy. My next call would prove to be a wise decision. The lady who answered the phone was nothing short of spectacular, she was more than happy to help me out! She also said that they would have someone stop by THAT SAME DAY. I figured they would come by and order what parts they needed, and I would have to open my bay door by hand for a few days(no problem). NOPE, a guy named Tony shows up around 5pm, climbs up his ladder and has the door fixed in no more than 30 minutes. He still had to order the proper parts to fix it, but he managed to MAKE IT WORK until the parts came in the following week. The following week Tony showed up and fixed it for good, and its been running like a dream ever since. These guys and gals are the real deal. Very professional, friendly and fast. Thanks again guys!!

Our 1962 home desperately needed new garage doors. We shopped around and got quotes from several companies before deciding who to buy them from. At the Yard, Garden & Home Show in Salem, we came across Valley Overhead Door’s booth and the gentleman there was very helpful in narrowing down our choices. We told him what we wanted and he didn’t try to oversell us. From the initial phone call, to the quote, to the installation, these folks were true professionals! Joel did our installation yesterday – what a long day he had! He was friendly and patient and stayed until the job was complete. He even programed our cars to the openers! The value for the money far exceeded our expectations. We couldn’t be happier with our new garage doors!!!
